General Description
This position is responsible for providing executive support to Global Market Head for Greater China Market and also administrative support to the entire department.

Main Duties
• Arrange travel logistics for GMH e.g. air tickets, hotel booking, etc
• Assist the department in IT service requests and corporate gift tracking and queries
• Schedule trainings and manage new hire onboarding logistics e.g. name card, desk, PC, phone line, stamps, stationery
• Process event invoices and take minutes for meetings
• Prepare presentation materials and schedule appointments
• Partial administrative support for the Business Management team.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

  • Minimum 1-3 years' relevant experience in administrative, operations or sales support within financial institutions
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
  • Good Degree/Diploma from a reputable institution
