Functional Overview  

The role provides secretarial and administrative support to senior members of Asia Wealth Management and Business Strategy Group (BSG). The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and Japanese language as the role will require liaison with Japan HQ

 

Job description  

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior members of Asia Wealth Management and BSG for daily administrative tasks, meetings, business trips and expense claims submission
  • Coordination and liaison with Japan headquarter on team and/or business meetings
  • Provide support in preparation of PowerPoint presentations for management meetings
  • Data collation relating to deposits and loans interest rate
  • Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, video/conferences, trainings etc
  • Arrange and handle logistics for business trips, travel & expense reimbursement claims submission
  • Any other administrative support and/or ad hoc initiatives as required

 

Key Experience & Skills  

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of relevant work experience
  • Well-organized with maturity and flexibility in supporting various activities and ability to multi-task
  • Have strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Flexible to work as a team and also be able to work independently
  • Good client orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and constantly moving schedules
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in business level English and Japanese as role requires close coordination and liaison with Japan headquarter
