We are seeking a highly organized and detailed individual to support our administration team. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient management of administrative activities.

The scope of work will broadly cover the following areas:
 Provide administrative support such as data entry, sorting and filing of documentation
 Responsible for maintenance of recruitment database, coordinating and scheduling interviews, updating job postings on our website and job portals
 Liaison with the offshore team to ensure proper invoicing, payment of bills, etc.
 Assistance with payroll, invoices, expenses, leave records, timesheet management
 Responsible for payment collections
 Responsible for guest house maintenance
 Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superiors

Skills & experience:

 Able to work independently, pro-active and well structure
 3-4 years of previous Data Entry/Administrative experience
 Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
 Excellent in time management and organisational skills
 Other characteristics we look for are: team player, accuracy and attention for detail, comfortable in multi-tasking, hands-on
