Accounts Officer
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the Accounts Payable function such as posting suppliers' invoices
- Handle suppliers' queries on outstanding invoices and payment issues
- Liaise with internal clients, internal/external auditors, suppliers, etc
- Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations and schedules for month end closing
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements - Diploma in Accounting with minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- A team player who is able to handle voluminous transactions and also deliver timely and accurate results
