AVP/ Senior Associate, Workplace Change Management & Innovation Lead, CRESA, Technology and Operations

Business Function

CRESA is the custodian of DBS's real estate assets through optimizing cost and footprint, while transforming spaces to drive a culture of work that focuses on collaboration, innovation and teamwork. We manage close to 4 million sq. feet of space, from office spaces to more than 270 retail locations in Singapore and around the world.

We are a diverse team of corporate real estate professionals and related fields, and aim to use our combined expertise to lead the corporate real estate industry by being digitally-wired, using data to power our real estate decisions and operations, and obsessing ourselves with the customers' job to be done.

For office spaces, our main goal is to find and build the right spaces to allow colleagues to collaborate and innovate; from building social hubs to activity-based working spaces, we lead in influencing the culture of the bank towards a 26,000-person start-up. For retail locations, we source and select the best sites, negotiate for the best lease terms, design and build the site to help achieve the best customer journey and experience. Above all, our team is also the guardian of the Bank's environment, keeping the offices and retail locations at its best every day.


  • Lead and Champion all Change Management Activities in DBS's Workplace Transformation programme - Joyspace which is based on Activity Based Working principles and lead change through a lens of Organizational Culture change, Future of work and Superior Employee
  • Apply a Change Management methodology to lead change management activities, including but not limited to:
  • Leadership engagements/interviews
  • Focus groups/workshops/engagement activities with Change Champions
  • Engagement activities with employees
  • Supporting communication efforts
  • Assessment of change impact
  • Lead workplace design principles and innovation for CRESA's workplaces and act as 'internal' design consultant to promote world-class designed spaces that improves our Joyspaces
  • Implement strategies and best practices that improves the Human element of workspace design that benefits employees well-being and safety, wellness, sustainability principles and employee experiences
  • Practice a "Data Driven Human Centered Design" approach to problem solving employee issues with workplace that assures superior employee experience outcomes for both well designed workspaces and the various facilities and services that a workspace performs for the employee

  • A Bachelor's degree in interior design, business, real estate, organizational behaviour or occupational psychology preferred with at least 8-10 years' experience in the Corporate Real Estate Industry or prior experience as Workplace Change Management consultant.
  • Experienced Workplace Strategist with proven Change Management skills and experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering workplace change management in large organisations.
  • Ability to a fast-paced dynamic background, open collaborative environment and ability to work on multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated team player with high energy levels and great interpersonal skills; possessing outstanding analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in information and presentation design, excellent project management skills
