AVP, OSPL - Project Management & Post Trade
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage Equities' Post trade Projects and support various data integration and data analytic initiatives.
- Play the role of User Project Manager/User lead - Consolidate and Mange user requirements from various business units; plan and execute UAT for Post trade projects and other initiatives assigned from time to time
- Manage SGX ST initiatives that has impact on the post-trade systems
- Support BUs in Equity Clearing, Settlement, Custody and Corporate Action related production issues
- Perform risk assessments and track to closure for gaps identified (including seeking TRMC or OMCG approval)
- Co-ordinate and administer ITSR (System enhancement change request) requests and budget control
- Review Vendor agreements and invoices
- Review of user access matrix for Post trade systems

Qualifications Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Degree in Information Technology
· Possess good analytical skills and able to adapt and work effectively
· Ability to multi-task and is resourceful
- Meticulous and takes initiative, drive, ability to work independently and in a team
- Dynamic in nature with good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of SQL query is an advantage
