AVP, OSPL - Products Group
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Product Manager for Fixed Income, Structured Products and ETFs
- Develop initiatives to enlarge target market, grow distribution and increase sales of Fixed Income, Structured Products and ETFs
- Provide regular trading ideas and market colors
- Keep abreast of key developments in credit markets, competition and regulations, and assess the potential impact of these developments.
- Trade execution and dealing of primary and secondary market fixed income securities
- Coordinate book building process with internal and external parties
- Take ownership of end-to-end processes, including sales process, sales training, counterparty on-boarding, system development and enhancements
- Conduct TR education and investor seminars
- Co-ordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives
Reporting to:
- Head, Fixed Income, Structured Products and ETFs
Qualifications Requirements:
- Recognised university degree and possess CMFAS certification (M1, M5, M6, M6A)
- At least 7-10 years of relevant investment experience, with a solid grasp of structured products
- Demonstrated track record in generating structured product ideas and sales
- Self-driven with initiative and integrity to meet revenue targets
- Good understanding of the rules and regulatory framework governing the sale of investment products
- Strong presentation skills with ability to speak in front of crowds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with internal and external partners
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Possess logical and critical thinking with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Bloomberg and VBA in Excel is preferred
