AVP MarTech - Campaign Automation & CMS
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operationalize MarTech stack
Maintain the MarTech stack to ensure effective data driven, personalized messages can be delivered and tracked across OCBC omni-channel environment
o Improve MarTech stack utilization and drive marketing performance and customer personalisation including areas such as:
• Web analytics tools
• Journey management and personalisation
• Content management platforms
• Email/SMS/Push Notification marketing tools
• Campaign and audience management
o Understand business and technology requirements and connect the dots to coordinate MarTech rollout to fulfill business objectives
o Develop business cases and obtain approvals for pilot tests and production rollouts of new MarTech components
o Run, optimize and track digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys
2. MarTech deployment
o Work with cross-functional program teams in IT and business to integrate and configure key marketing technologies like marketing automation platform and content management system
o Serve as advance-user and drive product adoption for MarTech solutions, supporting internal stakeholders with workflow set-up and run ad hoc training
o Coordinate MarTech setup and governance for OCBC
3. Governance of MarTech platforms
o Manage key marketing technology platforms like Marketing Automation platforms and Content management system
o Maintain user access and build training / best practices documentation
o Implement Group standards and best practices for implementation in areas such as Digital tagging across OCBC digital channels
o Support vendor relationship and commercials management for key MarTech tools
o Manage and identify opportunities for online journeys and work with relevant stakeholders to improve them
o Budget management across campaigns & platforms Qualifications
Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Competencies):
o Min 3 years' of campaign management from planning, developing and execution of marketing campaigns.
o Min 2 years' hands-on experience working with marketing automation platforms (Acoustic Campaign) and Content management system (TeamSite), or equivalent platforms.
o Proven experience in implementing end to end automated customer journeys on own channels like website, app, email, SMS & PushNotification.
o Proven track record in MarTech or related areas such as digital analytics, marketing automation and personalisation
o HTML/SS skills is a plus
o Experience in project management. Knowledge in Jira / Confluence is a plus
o Experience and knowledge of financial services and products is good to have.
