AVP, Leadership and Future Smart Faculty, Learning & Development

A designer, developer and curator of innovative and disruptive ideas and solutions to respond to strategy briefs. These could be a great piece of learning content, a communications idea or even a digital product that leads to people capabilities development. You are a key driver and implementer of strategic initiatives in promoting a culture of lifelong and self-driven learning, supporting OCBC Campus' vision to enable learning and develop people capabilities to help the organisation achieve its ambitions.

This is a key role in the Future-Smart and Leadership faculty that seeks to develop leaders and employees that are confident and competent in the fast changing digital world. All ideas and solutions need to be grounded in sound thinking, while constantly challenging the way we do things and, backed with data and metrics, to deliver better business outcomes.

As a Faculty Manager, you will develop a relevant product shelf for the Future-Smart faculty to meet current and emergent business and digital needs.

As a Learning Business Partner, you will support the senior team in helping businesses identify and develop capabilities through learning needs analysis, recommendation and execution of learning solutions.

You will report into the Leadership and Future-Smart Faculty Head.

Qualifications
Requirements:

You are the type of person who is excited about the development of people and working on both the business-as-usual as well as new projects. You have a keen eye on details and is tight on follow through, ensuring that great ideas are well-executed and well-received in the organisation. You work in an agile manner, is customer centric, works effectively in collaboration with partners, and seeks to achieve the best outcome in every piece of work.

You are adept at cultivating great relationships both internally and externally, and have a keen sense of emerging trends and diverse learning modalities that leverage technology and achieves desired learning and people impact.

Ideally, you have 8-10years of working experience, preferably in the learning and development space, with a focus on leadership and digital domain and scope of work.
