AVP, Group Wealth Platform (Digital Channel), Digital Transformation
The role of the Digital Transformation Analyst for Group Wealth Platform is to:
- Lead and execute best in class front office digital platforms for relationship managers to manage their day to day tasks efficiently and effectively and to empower them to deliver exceptional customer experience in Wealth Management
- Execute Group Wealth Platform for CFS, by actively building channel and product execution capabilities to create an engaging and consistent front office experience
- Partner business leads, technology project manager and external vendors (as required) to deliver digital agendas within scope, timeline and budget
- Manage relationships and communicate clearly with key stakeholders on project status, key risks and issues as well as maintaining of prioritised Product Backlog
- Responsible for development of Agile execution documentation, including defining user stories to facilitate clear communication of requirements, priorities, objectives/goals and acceptance criteria to delivery team
- Engage cross functional stakeholders and ensure wealth capability build supports the front office needs and business objectives of strategic growth, revenue uplift, enhanced customer experience, improved risk management and operational efficiency
Qualifications The Ideal Candidate Would Meet the Following Requirements: - A proven track record in delivering projects successfully through Agile methodology and ideally as Product owner
- Experience of developing and rolling out digital agendas, knowledge of CRM platforms would be beneficial
- Strong user centric mindset in designing processes and solutions
- Proven ability to perform under a high pressure and dynamic environment
- Thirst and curiosity for knowledge, continuous learning and improvement
- Energy and passion to lead and influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues
- Experience in managing and balancing the needs of business and IT
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
