Reporting to the APAC Head of Client Services-the successful candidate will be responsible for day to day management of our key client relationships across Futures, Collateral and OTC Clearing. This role requires the ability to manage demanding internal and external stakeholders and clients with professionalism, flexibility and integrity
There is an expectation that the successful candidate will be driven to learn quickly and become proficient in multiple key client processes and foster strong relationships over time with our clients. Further, it is key that the individual remains current on all relevant emerging market and industry trends to deliver an informed value add service to our key clients.
The successful individual should also demonstrate curiosity and willingness to challenge current processes and suggest changes and improvements to team management to help us constantly improve and evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of day to day client queries, margin disputes and communication to clients relating to all FCC products
  • Work closely with Client Executives to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and clear communication of our ability to support requested services
  • Closely monitor and escalate to regional management any client complaints and pro-actively address concerns to resolution
  • Contribute to relevant RFP requests from time to time
  • Proactively seek to improve responsiveness- hold yourself and the team to the highest possible standard of client service
  • Preparation MIS reports & other statements as required


  • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably within a Listed Derivatives / OTC Clearing environment
  • Proven track record in achieving improvements and enhancements to an STP environment
  • Demonstrable client centric attitude. Able to articulate examples of strong client partnership
  • Language skills (Mandarin/Japanese) are an advantage
