AVP, Digital Initiatives Delivery Manager, IBG3&4 Innovation

  • Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. What you will do:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple product and sales teams to clearly define the Jobs-To-Be-Done and develop business case for enhanced digital acquisition and liabilities propositions / solutions;
  • Must be hands on and comfortable with calling large samples of customers to generate insights first hand and to conduct competitive landscape study with local teams;
  • Comfortable with large amounts of data, able to develop insights and drive business value through data-driven use cases
  • Synthesise and evangelise research findings to diverse audiences through creative and actionable written reports and oral presentations;
  • To translate insights from customer research into actionable solutions and lead brainstorm workshops with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong in human centred design, conversant with the 4 D or similar design framework to articulate business and customer problems and translate into project delivery plans
  • Design solutions with product teams (e.g. regional and local GTS) and run validation field surveys with real target personas;
  • Write business requirements and logics/parameters to be translated into Technical Functional Specifications;
  • Work together with technical teams to ensure comprehensive user testing and timely delivery of milestones;
  • Write user stories, test plans and conduct user testing;
  • Train internal staff (sales, contact center, etc) on new solutions;
  • Comprehensive revenue and performance impact tracking on a regular basis.

  • University degree holder with preferably 8-10 years' experience in similar field;
  • Basic understanding of digital toolsets such as Agile, Cloud, APIs, Data Analytics and Digital Project Management skillsets;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, Excel and Powerpoint in particular;
  • Results driven, resourceful and possess the ability to suggest new approaches/solutions based on data and insights;
  • Maintain discipline in planning and executing daily tasks aligned with the long term vision and direction of the franchise;
  • Fast learner, able to organize, prioritize and multi-task, work independently and under pressure;
  • PMP or 6 sigma certified preferred
