Responsibilities
  • Collaborate widely to develop and execute strategic O2O value propositions, programmes, channels and marketing plans in support of business strategy, and deliver towards key metrics for the bank's retail customers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners, aligning goals to execute projects in a timely and efficient manner. Drives interaction with marketing, products, channels, and technology to deliver customer-centric value propositions, programmes and engagement journeys.
  • Effectively partner with data analytics, distribution, digital banking and product teams across the bank to translate business needs to design and develop tools, analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into the business
  • Leverage data, to understand trends, identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience, deliver marketshare growth, and actively communicate conclusions to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Synthesize analytical results and develops, recommends, and implements business strategies that improve decisions and improve performance. Establishes baselines for strategies and tracks actual performance to expectations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree with a minimum 5+ years of experience in segment management and product management
  • Be passionate about delivering customer value through deep understanding of customer job-to-be-done and with use of data
  • Good eye for marketing and experience in digital marketing will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer needs into marketable programme features
  • Experience building strong and effective relationships with key partners within and outside the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and senior management
