About the Department
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
As a key member of the Group Wholesale Banking (GWB) Loan End-to-end Programme, you will be responsible to co-lead selected workstreams in requirement gatherings / clarification and work with relevant stakeholders across 20 locations globally spanning from front, middle, to back offices to understand current business processes and procedures, identify productivity improvement opportunities, and deliver value and enhance business performance. Active engagement and assistance in programme or any other related business support activities are also expected.

Key responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering & Functional Design Review
‒ Co-lead selected workstreams in requirement gathering, clarification
‒ Develop user journeys
‒ Develop business requirement documents
‒ Participate in high level solution review
‒ Review functional specification documents developed by vendor
‒ Lead / assist in functional specification review sessions with end users
‒ Verify functional design against requirement documents to ensure system designs are in-line / meeting business requirements to deliver expected productivity uplift as much as possible

• Operating Model & Business Processes Review
‒ Assist to redesign to-be credit origination end-to-end processes incorporating automation features and any other improvement opportunities to continuously optimising productivity
‒ Document credit origination end-to-end to-be processes

• User Acceptance Test (UAT) Planning, Preparation, and Execution
‒ Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and test data
‒ Execute test cases
‒ Provide level 1 support during end user UAT execution
‒ Assist in defects management (identification, prioritisation, resolution)

• End Users Training, Communication, and Overall Change Management
‒ Assist in identifying change impact arising from system and process changes
‒ Participate in development of training plan which includes, but not limited to, identification of training requirements, training schedule, preparation of training materials
‒ Assist to identifying suitable modes of communication to ensure changes could be effectively disseminated across different locations, stakeholder groups

• Programme & Stakeholder Management
‒ Assist in workstream status update
‒ Identify risks, issues and possible mitigation / resolution actions to help day-to-day programme execution
‒ Assist in mock run planning & cutover planning
‒ Assist in creating templates / materials / assets that are re-usable for GWB

Job Requirements
• A recognized tertiary education with 7-10 years of experience in the banking specifically in project management and/or system implementation environment, preferably in corporate credit origination system
• Minimum 2 years of UAT experience
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skill, and stakeholder management skill
• Strong MS Excel and presentation skills
• Analytical and result-oriented
• Able and willing to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Resourceful and able to work with various stakeholder groups
