Responsibilities:
Develops architecture, strategy, planning, and problem-solving solutions at the enterprise level.
Maintains continuous awareness of business, technical, and infrastructure issues and acts as a sounding consultant to aid in the development of creative solutions.
Depending on project scope, accountable for end-to-end results including such items as: budgeting, policy formulation as well as providing future state technology strategies for an effort.
Executes the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects; ensures that architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints.
Provides analytical thought to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the organization, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with rules and regulations.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure solutions delivery with the proven track records.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Effective analytic/diagnostic skillsa

AVP - Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst The Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst is a midlevel position, who is responsible for working with a group of talented infrastructure solution architects whose primary function is to design resilient systems adhering to engineering standards and operational requirements. He / She will be part of diverse and dynamic team who applies seasoned knowledge to deliver designs for complex, multi-tier, and cross platform environments. In this role, the architect is responsible for interpreting non-functional requirements, reaching consensus on the end to end solution, and formalizing the infrastructure design. The architect will partner with business leaders, developers, platform engineers, and operational support teams to provide design guidelines and impart knowledge on technical trends.
