AVP - Futures, FX & CFDs Sales (OSPL - FFX & CFDs - Business Development)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform sales & sales support activities to achieve mainly B2B business and customer acquisition goals Implement tactical plans to expand customer base Participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition Work with various Exchanges and partners to hold seminars and conduct marketing events Source and establish contact with prospects through customer and staff/Trading Representatives' referrals Attend to prospects or customers' enquiries on Futures, FX & CFDs trading Assess prospect's suitability and engage prospects for account opening Work and coordinate with various departments such as Operations, IT, Risk Management or Finance to service customers' needs Work with banking group to cross sell Futures, FX & CFDs trading to internal clients through monthly connect sessions

· Head, Futures, FX & CFDs
Qualifications Requirements:
· Degree holder with at least 2 years' experience in Futures and FX, preferably with a good track record in sales and customer acquisition experience
· A highly-motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills, excellent business acumen and the ability to deliver targets
· Meticulous and possess ability to work independently and in a team
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· As the role requires you to work with Chinese speaking clients, being proficient in Business Mandarin is an advantage
· Good appreciation of trading and wealth growth needs
· Outgoing and sociable personality is a must
· CMFAS Modules 2A, 5 & 6A certifications are required
