Our client is an established, international investment firm looking for a Senior VP to join its already high-calibre Private Equity team based in Riyadh. This is an advisory role focused on M&A transactions and IPOs. These will be transactions related to private equity and public markets investments.
You will be joining a top-tier name that is globally recognised. The team is international, and you will get the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile investments globally. The role will focus private equity investments, valuations, strategic and other special projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will be responsible for all aspects of the deal life cycle - from target company research and approach, to valuations, structuring and managing various due diligence work streams, to negotiation and closing of the deal
- Take significant responsibility in the preparation of materials including detailed committee papers
- Work closely with the management teams of companies
YOUR PROFILE: - Must have experience of working in equity capital markets in a top-tier investment bank, at Director-level
- Experience of leading IPO transactions
- Strong academic track record from leading institutions
- Strong financial acumen, executing financial valuations and analysis
- Confident and articulate communicator both written and verbally
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh full time
