About our client

Our client is a large, global fund that invests across a broad range of sectors. They are looking for a real estate professional to join their team in Riyadh. The organisation is extremely well funded and has significant funds available to invest.

This role will mainly focus on direct investments. What the job involves

• Advise on the identification, selection, and management of International Real Estate investments
• Liaise on the process of underwriting, negotiating terms, and closing documentation for real estate investments
• Provide expertise for the preparation and sign-off of investment proposals, recommendations, and memos
• Liaise with external fund managers and partners

Who we are looking for

• Significant experience in real estate from either a fund or bank
• Experience of investing in developed markets
• First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time
