Associate / Senior Associate, TMT Direct Private Equity, Global Investment Firm, Doha, Qatar

Our client is a prestigious investment manager with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their growing TMT investment team based in Doha. The role will focus on supporting direct private equity transactions within the TMT sector, across all geographies. Due to the nature of this role, the successful person will receive a lot of responsibility from the outset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be involved in all aspects of the transaction process
• Evaluate, source and screen investment opportunities
• Develop and analyse financial models and lead transaction due diligence
• You will also gain some exposure to the portfolio companies

YOUR PROFILE:

• Significant transaction experience within the TMT sector
• This opportunity would be suitable for an Associate/Senior Associate at an investment bank, in the corporate finance team of a leading accounting firm, or at a private equity firm
• Strong financial modelling skills
• You should have a degree or MBA from a top-tier university
