Your role
• define and continuously refine the GCEO social media strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities, brand positioning, key campaigns and external developments
• own end-to-end execution of the GCEO's social media presence, including content ideation and creation, stakeholder alignment, publishing, channel optimization and performance tracking
• co-manage (with external comms) and coordinate the GCEO editorial calendar in line with key corporate milestones such as earnings, WEF, AGM and major announcements, while providing strategic counsel on positioning, tone of voice and platform usage
• drive the creation, curation, and optimization of executive-level educational content for the corporate channels, supporting cross-divisional campaigns to increase audience reach, engagement and sentiment in line with GCC KPIs
• deliver robust performance analytics and reporting, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• create content for and manage the distribution of the internal GCC Social Media Newsletter
• support in listening and topic monitoring activities, including but not limited to ad hoc reports
• act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration across Corporate Communications, Brand, Compliance and Legal, while supporting broader project management, campaign coordination and continuous improvement initiatives within the Corporate Social Media team
Your team
You'll be working in the Corporate Social Media team located in Wrocław. The team is responsible for managing and developing UBS's presence across corporate social media platforms, with a strong focus on executive communications and brand positioning.
Your expertise
• you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
• proven experience in corporate or executive social media strategy and execution
• strong understanding of content creation, publishing workflows, and social analytics, including top-tier writing skills and the ability to convert business narratives into compelling social media ready storytelling.
• experience managing senior stakeholders (e.g., C-suite or executive leadership)
• excellent project management and organizational skills
• deep understanding of brand, governance, and compliance considerations
• strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
