Programme Manager - Technology & Operations

The hub, located in Warsaw, focuses on managing complex, large scale, cross-border activities including financial crime compliance, cyber security, human resources and banking operations.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and develop full scale project and Programme plans
• Define project tasks, resource requirements and assemble & coordinate project staff
• Manage Programme budget and timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Quality assurance, for the Programme and external Programmes as needed
• Constantly monitor and regularly report on progress of the Programme to all stakeholders
• Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has direct work experience in Programme management / change management and project management
• Has knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Has knowledge of cybersecurity including malware and network security
• Has qualification in project management (PMP or CSM) and people management
• Has experience in strategic planning and risk management
• Has critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Has strong communication skills and experience working in multi-disciplinary, global teams
• Has direct work experience in project management capacity with a proven track record in delivery
