Product Manager - Mortgage Products
Product Manager for mortgage products is responsible for creating mortgage products and developing and adapting to market requirements. Additionally Product Manager will be responsible for the implementation of the plans with the focus on the control of financial indicators. Product Manager will participate in the preparation of the product strategy. The person in this position is responsible for the ongoing control of legal and regulatory requirements on the market as well as implementations in the product plan and credit documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of client's needs through conversations with clients and sales teams,
  • Modification of existing solutions (product and process) in response to the needs of customers and sales teams,
  • Modification of products and processes based on changes in legal regulations,
  • Preparation of profit and loss analyzes and cooperation in budget preparation,
  • Regular analysis of product profitability, analysis of volumes, revenues, costs, competition and other analysis of products,
  • Active participation in the preparation of the product strategy,
  • Creating credit documentation and product plan,
  • Ensuring compliance of implemented offers / campaigns / processes with legal provisions and internal regulations,
  • Regular quality control of the products and services offered,
  • Ensuring compliance with banking procedure in particular control and monitoring procedures, compliance with BH, Citigroup and local law,
  • Ensuring compliance with ethical standards and reporting violations of law, or provisions in force at BH,
  • Timely implementation of quality and quantitative business objectives,
  • Timely and effective implementation of all control activities resulting from the unit's control processes,
  • Cooperation with external suppliers,
  • Preparation of unit work reviews for presentation before management.
Expectations:
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience,
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience,
  • Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics,
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements,
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate,
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication,
  • Demonstrated analytical skills,
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills,
