  • fluency in German and English - at C1 level

  • communicative level of Polish

  • high level of motivation and strong interpersonal skills

  • excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • good knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • availability to work full-time

  • first experience in HR administration, data processing or customer service is nice to have

Our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence team is involved in broadly defined support of HR Teams in Employment, Recruitment, Learning & Development related activities at KPMG companies in Western Europe. Among other things, we are responsible for handling of administrative HR tasks, joiner, mover and leaver processes, preparation of employee documentation, interview coordination, posting job advertisements, conducting preselection and direct search of candidates, participation in performance, feedback & onboarding process and administration of L&D tools.
