HR ServiceNow Test Lead (12 months fixed term contract)

About the Role

As a CBRE HR ServiceNow Test Lead, you will will be responsible for delivering on testing initiatives within a defined transformation programme.

The role is responsible for delivering successful end to end management of HR ServiceNow platform testing related to the transformation program. The role will collaborate with other People Process Towers and People Services Teams to ensure successful delivery of platform testing when using ServiceNow (Case Management and Knowledge).

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for providing guidance and direction to project and people team members for all HRSD ServiceNow platform testing including case, portal and knowledge solutions and following through to implementation and Hypercare
  • Ensuring full gathering of requirements for enhanced functionality, procedures/protocols, process and workflows, approver levels and decision points
  • Own and manage the development of test scripts and UAT across the program including production of associated testing analytics
  • Leverages design, documentation, and implementation techniques to deliver world-class process solutions, including business requirements, testing, documentation, and production migration protocols.

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of experience with People Systems and Processes which must include HR ServiceNow.
  • Experience in leading HR systems testing- experience with HRSD ServiceNow-desirable
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in People, IT, or a related field of study
  • Previous experience as a HR Systems Business Analyst or Test Lead is nice to have
  • Experience with functionality design requirements and implementation of best practice.
  • Experience guiding initiatives and stakeholders though change and process improvement.
  • Experience working within a Shared Services or centralized operating environment for a global company.
