Description

The Digital Sales team is a team of forward compatible, energetic, young people who lead the development and execution of the marketing and Digital sales strategy for the consumer bank in Poland. The main KPIs of the team include meeting targets for acquiring customers via digital channel.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading the strategy and execution of acquiring new customers through the Digital channels (sales focus of new to bank customers) 
  • Delivering of Digital Sales goals (New to Bank Customers)
  • Partnering effectively with product teams, partners and agencies to drive sales (acquiring new customers) 
  • Ensuring proper tracking of results for each action
  • Being the driver of innovative marketing solutions with focus on Digital
  • Ensuring proper management of budgets
  • Analyzing user spend seasonality trends, competitive benchmarking and combine with forecast tools to implement data driven marketing strategies
  • Identifying and sharing with Citi globally the best practices 
  • Ensuring digital sales focus in all actions - control of acquisition funnel from top to bottom


Qualifications

Expectations:
  • Master degree
  • Successful track record in delivering sales results
  • High orientation for driving results
  • Exceptional execution skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Display, social, programmatic, EDM's) and Digital Sales
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in working at matrix / regional structure demanding ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas
  • Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions
  • Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet 
  • Good team player with personal characteristics that engender trust and confidence
  • Ability to establish credibility quickly 
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative to drive projects forward 
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on a career in online marketing  
  • Fluent English and Polish is mandatory
