  • Complying with SWIFT requirements, performing necessary control procedures (SDN, SV, ensuring correct order format, accounting for all received and processed orders, EOD control, clean desk, etc.)
  • Day to day processing; calculate, confirm and perform payments, daily reconciliation
  • Authorizes all types of transactions/operations within a team
  • Perform start-of day, end-of day and end-of month checks, volume updates and defects reporting
  • Preparation and booking of reversals / corrections
  • Coordinating and participating in the creation and verification of operational procedures, regulations, processes descriptions, processes mappings, and capacity plans across the entirety of the office
  • Answers timely and accurately all standard queries
  • Explain all outstanding transactions and correct any breaks on a timely manner
  • Effectively manages emails and requests received / sent
  • Proactively reacts on BAU related situations
  • Collaborating with various Citi entities and business partners outside of an assigned process, eg. Customer relations building, active participation in teleconferences with internal clients, Technology and other business partners


  • Very good command of English
  • At least  1-1,5 years' work experience at banking/financial institution in Operations or within Banking/Financial Market
  • Knowledge of MS Office (very good Excel)
  • Knowledge and good understanding of SWIFT, payments 
  • Ability to effectively work on telephone/email with various parties
  • Sense of urgency, quick in action
  • Flexible, able to spot irregularity and react promptly and adequately
  • Persistent, ready to actively follow up and escalate if needed
  • Well-organized, working to tight deadlines
  • Sense for independent work and good team player
