What the day will look like



As a Digital Activation Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of complex digital campaigns and contribute to improving marketing outcomes across various territories. You will collaborate closely with marketing partners, suggest optimization opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement across activation processes and platforms.




You will:

• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and marketing automation tools


• Run campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, tagging, quality assurance, reporting, and launch readiness


• Supervise campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing outcomes


• Develop and implement testing initiatives, including A/B testing, and apply insights to improve future campaign performance


• Partner with global, regional, and local marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business priorities


• Share activation insights, support process improvements, and help foster a culture of continuous learning

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, paid media, marketing operations, performance marketing, or a related field


• Experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and automated marketing platforms


• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, campaign measurement, tracking, analytics, and optimization


• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations


• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Experience with Eloqua, digital analytics, testing strategies, and marketing technology platforms is an advantage. Additional European language skills are also welcomed.
