Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting for a Service Provider Oversight Manager for Capital Partners The Service Provider Oversight manager is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive oversight program for service providers supporting BBH's Capital Partners and BBH Credit Partners. This role ensures that all service providers operate in alignment with agreed upon service levels and risk frameworks, with a strong focus on protecting client assets, safeguarding data, and maintaining operational resilience. Additionally, this person will be responsible for coordinating exceptions will all CP teams, developing quarterly KPI reports, lead reviews with providers and track open issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a structured oversight framework for service providers
• Monitor vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and ongoing evaluations
• Coordinate periodic reviews, reporting, and issue resolution with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy requirements
• Maintain documentation and audit trails to support governance and oversight activities
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify trends and emerging risks

Qualifications:

• Experience in vendor management, risk management, or operational oversight
• Proficient in advance Excel and data visualization tools
• Ability to analyze SLA/KPI performance trends
• Strong capability to define and track SLAs
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance environments
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Understanding of operational risk
• Organize and maintain audit ready documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Working hours: between 9:00 and 18:00 with lunch break
