About a role:



The HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and delivery of recurring and basic ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for the 23 Spanish legal entities served currently by the HR SSC. This role contributes to workforce monitoring and compliance tracking by collecting and organizing HR data .The position requires data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of HR metrics across Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Talent Management (TM) domains, and the ability to work in coordination with other teams.



Reports will be generated using SAP BW, SAP Query, Power BI, and Excel, and must include bilingual content mainly Spanish.




Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver standard HR reports (e.g., FTE, long-term illness, crisis, overtime, strike, compliance).


• Maintain and update recurring dashboards and KPIs in SAP BI, Power BI and Excel.


• Prepare and support SWFP process.


• Compile ECU workforce metrics.


• Provide BPM interface data.


• Execute and maintain SAP BW and SAP Query reports related to PA, OM, and TM.


• Prepare budgeting process execution.


• Generate for review Compliance Certificates for CEO signature (Flat & Long).


• Support audits and compliance reporting as required.


• Collaborate with HR Controlling & Reporting Specialist, Service Manager and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, maintain existing reports and define new basic custom reports.

Requierements:

• Education: High degree in Vocational Education Training or University degree. University degree in HR, Data Analytics or related fields.


• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR controlling, reporting, or workforce analytics roles.


• Experience with ticketing and workflow tools (mainly NEOCASE, ServiceNow or Jira).


• Strong command on O365 tools.


• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP OneHRIS, Oracle).


• Skills with reporting tools (SAP queries, Power BI, SAP BW/BI, Analysis for Office, thinkcell).


• Understanding of HR KPIs, workforce planning, and compliance metrics.


• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
