Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will manage the SCRUM processes, increase team efficiency, and drive for changes that will ensure successful delivery of multiple initiatives that are critical to our ability to realize our long-term vision, one tasked to deliver on a promise to Transform our Global IVR systems into a modernized platform that will dramatically increase the business value of the service while dramatically improving our caller experience. Key duties of this role require that you lead with an AGILE mindset while ensuring key milestones are met while establishing a strong cadence for delivering project communication. You must demonstrate passion, a desire to lead by example, and possess the ability to "clear obstacles and remove impediments" as you facilitate collaboration between various disciplines. You will be comfortable working independently and with a team to setup up and facilitate projects, solution discovery, and release meetings and coordinating across multiple disciplines and time zones to ensure timelines are met and results are delivered.

For such a detail-driven role, you'll have at least 3 years of project management or relevant experience. You will come with knowledge of the agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, Kanban etc. You will also have strong ability to manage incremental delivery-based business value and other key metrics. You will be exceptionally organized and detail oriented with the ability to achieve goals amid limited supervision. You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, as coordination with teams in across the globe, in multiple time zones and ability to support deployments during the standard Western Union change windows of 8pm Eastern Time to 6am Eastern Time will be required.
