About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for evaluating, monitoring, and reviewing programs, processes, claims, documentation and files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or government regulations. Functions may include: evaluating in-process, closed, cancelled and declined credit applications, files or insurance claims to ensure company or regulatory standards are met; reversing credit decisions where necessary; ensuring corrective action on exceptions and problems; reviewing related operations for adherence to procedures and providing guidance to lenders or other staff regarding documentation and underwriting requirements; ensuring required data is input to appropriate system for tracking and recording; performing ongoing file reviews; and generating summary reports of results. Identifies risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to improve performance. Designs and conducts training programs.
This Quality Assurance Analyst 2 role within the Commitment to Customer (C2C) Center of Excellence (COE) team will be responsible for supporting C2C Remediation teams through the remediation issue lifecycle. This role will require management of a QC pipeline and workload, time management skills, and ability to partner with various levels throughout the organization. The Quality Control team provides guidance, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices with the C2C remediation teams.


  • Reviewing all project/supporting documentation through all milestones of the issue lifecycle (Issue Identification, Root Cause and Planning, Plan Approval, Execution, Closure)
  • Know and understand C2C and Issue Management Policies
  • Identifying policy/procedure gaps through all project reviews
  • Identifying trends within QC scoring requirements for all remediation teams
  • Training newly hired Quality Assurance Analysts

Proactively identifying risks and opportunities in the C2C COE processes and working closely with the Leadership in Quality and operation leaders to drive quality and compliance.

Market Skills and Certifications

  • Completed at least second year college
  • Al least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Amenable to work on night shift/ shifting schedules
  • Amenable to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
