Your key responsibilities

The Senior Associate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that Controversies deliverables are adhering to timeliness and quality
  • Optimizing resource efficiencies
  • Contributing to workflow efficiencies and process improvement
  • Coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Team management - ensuring teamwork, team motivation, development, and empowerment
  • Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
  • Strong command of business communication
  • Fast learner, able to master new concepts, theories, ideas and processes with ease.
  • Strong analytical ability and able to apply logic to solve problems.
  • Very proficient with technology and able to learn new applications on their own with ease.
  • Intrinsically motivated to improve their own performance and constantly consider ways to improve workflow processes.
  • Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision, a strong team player and can work in a global team.
  • Relevant experience in operations and/or a strong background in research analysis and writing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics or related field
