Menrva Search is actively looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer for one of its Financial Services clients in Philippines.

Main requirements of the role:

10+ years in banking industry with experience leading teams delivering technology transformation and solutions Knowledge and Skills Requirement
Proven experience and a strategic thinking Technical Leader having proven, demonstrable capabilities in aspects of technology like business applications, middleware, database technology, best practices, quality improvements and productivity improvements
Bachelor's / College Degree (Computer Science or related subject), Master’s degree or overseas education background is preferred
10 years of experience in software strategy, software design, and development, including SaaS and cloud solutions required.
10 years of experience as a technology leader with demonstrated increases in responsibility up to a senior position such as Chief Architect, or CTO required.
10 years of experience designing multi-vendor architecture and services solutions required.
Expert technical understanding and expertise with network, cloud platforms, solutions & technologies required with solid credentials in engineering and architecture.
Change and Transformation expert.
