The Recruiter will provide recruiting support for FIS Philippines. Recruiting focus will be on all technical, non-technical, corporate and support functions. Duties will include conducting hiring briefings with managers, posting and advertising of positions, pro-active sourcing of direct candidates, conducting recruitment drives, candidate screening, offer negotiations and onboarding.

The recruiter role is an integral part of the APAC team's capabilities and will support all recruitment activities across all the banking roles in Philippines. We are a very lean and hands-on team in a recently established function, which allows a lot of opportunity for input and involvement in projects and other recruitment initiatives.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all openings are effectively promoted both internally and externally in order to attract quality candidates.

  • Source and attract quality targeted candidates using direct sourcing methods including internet job boards, networking and competitive intelligence.

  • Support Hiring Managers in the creation of quality job descriptions which reflect the requirements of the role and are attractive to candidates.

  • Undertake activities including application screening, telephone and face to face interviews, competency assessment, arranging of interviews for Hiring Managers, providing candidate feedback and offer negotiations.

  • Conduct Recruitment drives/ Batch days regularly.

  • Ensure that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded in the recruitment management system.

  • Drive communications with Hiring Managers and senior leaders in the region, ensuring understanding of and compliance to the recruitment process and policies.

  • Involvement in project work for current recruitment initiatives which improve the overall effectiveness of the function.

Position Requirements:
Essential Experience Required

  • Experience recruiting in agency as well as in-house, within the Philippines region.

  • Ability to identify and qualify candidates with technical profiles.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volume roles in Philippines.

  • Undertake activities including application screening, telephone and face to face interviews, competency assessment, arranging of interviews for Hiring Managers, providing candidate feedback and offer negotiations.

  • Strong track record of stakeholder management.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sourcing channels in Philippines.

  • Sector knowledge of either the financial services or information technology industries.

  • Ensure that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded in the recruitment management system.

  • Drive communications with Hiring Managers and senior leaders in the region, ensuring understanding of and compliance to the recruitment process and policies.

  • Involvement in project work for current recruitment initiatives which improve the overall effectiveness of the function.

  • Fluency in English a must, additional language capability would be highly advantageous.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience in conducting Competency Based Interviews

  • Early career experience in a technical role or university studies in Information Technology
