As a core member of our Financial Reporting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Job Purpose
Manage the preparation and coordination of financial statement and regulatory reporting in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and applicable regulatory requirements. Effectively manage client and auditor relationships throughout engagements.

Job Purpose
Manage the preparation and coordination of financial statement and regulatory reporting in compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and applicable regulatory requirements. Effectively manage client and auditor relationships throughout engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual, semi-annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS, as required.
- Prepare financial highlight disclosures, including calculations of total returns, per share tables, and expense ratio analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy of footnote disclosures by reviewing relevant legal documents governing the fund.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external auditors during the financial statement process.
- Prepare regulatory reports in compliance with applicable requirements, including compilation of key regulatory data and coordination with local and global teams.
- Identify and investigate issues, escalate as appropriate, and recommend practical solutions to team members or supervisors.
- Manage assigned work with guidance, follow established procedures and raise potential process improvements to team members or supervisors.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and training activities within the team as needed.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a related field.
- 1-3 years of external audit experience, preferably in the asset management industry, or relevant financial reporting experience within a financial institution.
- Previous financial statement preparation experience is preferred.
- Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and non-CPAs are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Amenable to work in our Makati (One Ayala) or Alabang (Northgate Cyber Zone) office.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup, with 2 to 3 days onsite per week.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules (AM or mid-shift).
