HR Payroll Advisor/SME, Norway
In the role as our new Payroll Advisor/ SME no day will be the same, legislation will need to be analysed and translated into processes and system set-up, on-going projects need support and experts to analyse and advise, and our clients need experts to guide and advise on improvement areas within Payroll and HR.
If you have worked with Payroll, are known to and understand offshore regulations and protocols. Have experience in HR processes, Norwegian payroll, Time, project management, advisory within HR and Payroll, process improvement, as well as are innovative and solution oriented and have a genuine interest in solving problems, we are looking for you!

In your role as advisor you:

  • Serve in a key support role to the engagement team delivering the most appropriate client solutions
  • Solve and structure client problems through data and root cause analysis leading to recommendations
  • Analyze customer requirements for new payroll set up
  • Provide project support and customer support
  • Contribute to implementation projects for current and new customers; and
  • Ensure high quality delivery according to customer request
As Payroll Advisor you are in the middle of strategy and operations, which requires good communication skills and the ability to liaise with different stakeholders from our customers and within Cognizant.

Have you...?:

  • Thorough competence in Payroll and HR processes
  • A minimum work experience within Norwegian Payroll and HR processes of 5 years
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English - written and oral
  • Very Good analytical skills
  • High quality mind set
