On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a BIM Modeler to join their innovative team in Staphorst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of construction and renovation projects using advanced 3D modeling techniques.

Job Description
As a BIM Modeler, you will:

• Support the BIM engineer in setting up and managing BIM models for various projects
• Work on both new construction and large-scale renovation projects
• Collaborate in pairs on larger projects, taking responsibility for the entire process up to factory production
• Work partly at the office and partly at client locations

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing projects in 3D using Revit
• Creating and detailing 3D drawings at various project stages
• Liaising with clients and collaborating with colleagues in the construction department
• Combining engineering with work preparation, including discussing assembly drawings with clients and ordering materials
• Contributing to team tasks such as scheduling, identifying issues, maintaining templates, and mentoring colleagues or interns

Requirements

• HBO or MBO level education in a relevant field
• Experience with Revit and 3D modeling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
