The opportunity

Join Worldline as a FX Manager within our Global Collect Pricing & FX division, a strategic, high-visibility role at the intersection of finance, product strategy, and commercial growth. Working with our global merchants, you will shape how they handle cross-border transactions and turn our FX infrastructure into a strategic advantage for both our clients and Worldline.

You will own the pricing strategy that makes Worldline the preferred FX partner for global enterprise merchants, delivering transparent, high-value pricing while optimizing our margins. Partnering with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations, you will be the FX expert who bridges the gap between technical infrastructure and merchant value, shapes go-to-market strategy for Global Collect programs, and drives merchant adoption. This role suits a growth-minded, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced payments environment and knows how to turn market insights and data into tangible business outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities aligned with vertical growth plans.
• Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy for FX offerings.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations to define product requirements and pricing (processes).
• Lead bid responses, RFPs, and merchant negotiations to secure high-value FX-related contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to shape strategy and messaging.
• Analyze transaction, margin, and FX performance data and translate the findings into client-level pricing optimization strategies.

Who are we looking for

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next: people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in payments, PSP, or financial technology; exposure to FX or pricing is a plus, and deep FX expertise can be developed on the job.
• Proven track record of channel development, strategic partnerships, and merchant acquisitions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, onboarding, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-starter with autonomous work style and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
