About the Role

This is a varied, practical position where you will combine mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building maintenance expertise while acting as the primary on-site contact for contractors and specialist service providers. How You'll Make an Impact:
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
- Respond to faults, conduct diagnostics, and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and identify potential risks before they impact operations.
- Coordinate contractors on-site, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
- Review RAMS, oversee Permit-to-Work processes, and champion safe working practices.
- Perform routine building inspections and support continuous improvement of site assets and maintenance processes.
- Maintain accurate records within the CMMS and contribute to asset reliability and performance.
What We're Looking For
- MBO Level 4 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent in work experience.
- 3+ years' maintenance experience within a technical, industrial, manufacturing, data center, healthcare, laboratory, or similar environment.
- Strong multi-skilled maintenance capability across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Experience supervising contractors and working with RAMS and Permit-to-Work systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS platforms, and fault-finding techniques.
- NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Fluent English communication skills, Dutch is a plus
