**Overseas Opportunity - Sovereign Wealth Fund -Tax Free Lifestyle** The Specialist/Senior Specialist, Custodian Management works with and assists the Manager, Custodian Management to manage the overall relationship and product usage with custodians, FCMs and cash correspondent banks. Key responsibilities include navigating the Custodians on stakeholders behalf, monitoring SLAs and performance, completing due diligence, oversight of all documentation (including WHT tax), and supporting the selection and allocation process for new custodians, FCMs and cash correspondent banks.

Custodian Monitoring & Oversight
o Review & select account structures to ensure efficiency & safety of assets
o Daily and weekly review and reporting of a variety of parameters related to
custodians, banks and FCMs
o Complete annual due diligence of custodians & ensuring annual documentation
reviews are completed; Drive evolution in line with industry best practice
Product Ownership
o Matching  product requirements against Custodian offering (FX, Cash Sweep,
Standing Instructions, etc)
o Provide feedback and analysis to drive improvements to Custodian offering
o Define and track scoring of SLAs (internal & external)
o Drive product harmonization across Custodians and reduce bespoke offerings
Relationship Management
o Addressing issues escalated by stakeholders (internal & external)
o Primary oversight owner (for Operations) for all transition related engagement
o Meets periodically with the stakeholders to review, reflect, and drive improvements in
the relationship.
o Together with the wider team, develops annual client plans based
o Lead Service Review meetings and client visits (via conf facilities and in person)
o Create and deliver presentations to peers, committees & senior management based
on relationship insights or service standards
o Provide support in the custodian selection process, reallocation of assets, fee analysis
o Assist the Operational Risk team in process mapping and update of Risk and Control
frameworks related to the custody teams
o Ownership of all Risk Event Reporting related to Custodian errors or omissions
o Monitor regulatory and market changes; provide impact analysis and support company
wide reviews
Work is completed under broad supervision and in a team environment, but the individual should
have the confidence, work ethic and ability to operate independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal, with the ability to create sponsors and supporters
within the department and wider organization.
