As our business is constantly growing, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team, impact our users on a daily basis and take our product to the next level.

As a Senior Product Manager for In-stay Services, you will be working on our new platform to allow accommodation partners to sell extra services to guests, anything from wine or champagne to spa and birthday surprises. Your objective is to build the best experience for partners to add, promote and manage service bookings through different platforms such as our partner-facing extranet, apps, and through connectivity providers such as PMS and Channel Managers, helping them generate more bookings and improve guest satisfaction.

Your impact:

  • Take full ownership of building the platform used by partners to add and manage services aiming to increase their supply of services and their response rate.
  • Collaborate with other PMs in the track and define the In-stay Services product vision and strategy to build one of the top priorities business area for Booking.com.
  • After the product-market fit, leverage on the vast Booking.com knowledge and network to impact a worldwide audience.

Your experience:
  • 5+ years of experience working with web-based companies.
  • Experience with B2B marketplace products.
  • Technical background with experience building API-based products.
  • Autonomous on data querying and analysis.
  • Previous involvement in new product development or a startup environment.
  • Experience in sizing-up business opportunities and translating them into a product.
  • Knowledge and experience in UX design is a plus.
  • Computer Science background or experience building technical products is a plus.
