Investment Associate - Amsterdam

The Role:

• An active member of the investment team on small and mid cap Benelux deals 
• Full involvement in deal execution and portfolio management
• Private company due diligence, strategic analysis and investment monitoring on new private company investments
• Performing valuation analysis to support new private company investments
• Extensive interaction with investee companies

Successful Candidate

• A master’s degree from a leading university
• 1 - 3 years of work experience in Investment Banking, VC, Consulting or Private Equity
• Fluent Dutch and English are essential. No flexibility here.
• Top-class commercial skills are important as well as excellent financial modeling skills.
