Reporting to the Head of Northern European Wholesale Marketing (London based) in London, you will have an active role in driving local marketing activities aligned to our sales strategy in the Netherlands. You will be the key contact and partner for the Sales team in Benelux, interacting with key stakeholders across Europe to deliver best in class comms and investment marketing material. Your focus will be to work with the wider marketing team to raise brand awareness of CTI in the Netherlands and to ensure effective leverage and local implementation of European campaigns.

Typical responsibilities include : 

Effective local planning and execution

•Local implementation of European campaigns for existing products and fund launches.
•Marketing activity execution including email, web, events, video, presentations, advertising and fund collateral.
•Campaign activity evaluation and measurement.
•Coordinate and proof-read translations.
•Coordination with agencies (internal and external stakeholders)
•Internal reporting (event calendars, marketing activities) and administration


•Event organization (proprietary and external events) including invitation management and follow-up, stands, logistics etc. First contact for external event providers.
•Design and set-up of event stands and give-aways, coordinating with the internal design team and/or external agencies.
•Monitor industry events and competitor activities.
•Budget tracking for proprietary and external events.


•Maintenance of Columbia Threadneedle Investments website and partner websites, ensuring content up to date.
•Be a champion of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – considering best practice for emails and looking at results to continually improve execution.
•Development and set-up of Email templates for newsletters and Email pushes.
•Tracking and evaluation of KPIs.

Required skills, capability and experience

•Native Dutch speaker and fluent written and verbal English skills; additional language skills advantageous, specifically French
•proven experience working in a Marketing role at an Asset Management firm
•Experience managing/co-ordinating Events, Roadshows, Digital content, Email Campaigns and Marketing collateral
•Educated to degree level
•Strong customer service focus
