Within our Digital Studio in Amsterdam, we work together with TU Delft to explore new technologies, develop new digital solutions and create inspiring prototypes in the field of (swarm) robotics and tactile internet. We work with emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, machine learning, computer vision and IoT in our Makerspace facility.

Would you like to join our team as an (applied) university graduate intern, bachelor or master student to research, develop and learn new robotic based solutions? This might be the internship for you!
Location: Amsterdam / Home
We are looking for motivated students, in their final stage of their study that want to graduate with us. We can also accommodate a (at least 3 months) project as part of your bachelor or master study. The assignment is about:
\t Swarm Robots: robotics or embedded hardware/software engineer. You add new functionality to an existing robot platform, for example by adding cameras, IoT components like sensors or actuators, and the corresponding software to interface the device. Our goal is to create a swarm of robots that work together on a specific task inside a building. For this to work we are looking for an engineer that loves robotics and has experience in the field of electronical engineering, motion control and (rapid) prototyping.
\t Swarm Robots: AI software engineer. You create software that makes our robots smarter with a focus on the development and improvement of swarming algorithms. You are a software engineer with experience in Python/C++ and topics like machine learning, computer vision and are up to the challenge of running ML algorithms on IoT devices that have orders of compute lower than cloud.
We provide freedom and space to contribute your point of view. Part of the internships is a monthly allowance of EUR 500,- gross . This is what you bring
We are looking for an eager and motivated graduate intern not afraid to learn. You know how to organize your work and make connections needed to progress. You are interested in emerging technology, science and the possibilities this brings. You have a practical mindset combined with plenty of creativity and initiative. Innovation is your passion. You are proactive in communicating and cooperating within a team and you know what is needed to go for the finish of the project.
You have a study background in electrical engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, AI or data science. Technical university or university of applied science (HBO) level; bachelor or master.
You are preferably looking for an internship/ project of around 20 weeks (longer is up for discussion, minimum availability for 3 months). What is in it for you?
