Join ABN AMRO's Change Management & Consultancy team within I&T and contribute to shaping our future IT learning strategy. Gain hands-on experience in analyzing and improving learning practices for IT professionals, helping us build a stronger engineering culture through data-driven insights.

Your Role

Are you interested in developing effective learning strategies within IT? In this internship, you will conduct research into the learning needs and preferences of our IT professionals. You will provide insights that form the foundation for our future learning strategy. You'll investigate how our developers and leaders rate current learning opportunities, when and how they prefer to learn, and how they can be motivated. Your findings will help us further develop our learning culture and help the team.

Your Environment

• You will work within the I&T (Innovation & Technology) department.
• Our DevOps Center of Expertise team, consisting of five members, focuses on empowering ABN AMRO through knowledge building, data-driven improvements, and fostering an engineering culture.
• The team atmosphere is collaborative and innovative, encouraging interns to actively participate and take initiative.

Your Profile

• You are pursuing a WO degree, preferably in L&D/HR studies or IT Management.
• You have an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and an affinity for data.
• You are proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
• You are available for a full-time internship of 6 months, starting around mid-January 2025.
• You are able to come to our office at Gustav Mahlerlaan 10 in Amsterdam once or twice a week.
