Stibbe is immediately looking for a Banking & Finance lawyer with 3+ years of experience!

The practice group The Banking & Finance team offers ambitious and driven lawyers a challenging and stimulating work environment in which to work in teams on complex financing transactions and advisory mandates. Our team consists of specialised lawyers who assist clients with a broad range of financing structures, from traditional bank financing to restructurings to innovative capital market transactions. These include acquisition finance, restructurings, real estate finance, project finance, debt capital markets, structured finance and regulatory.



You will work on high-profile national and international financing transactions and advisory mandates, which are often highly complex from both a commercial and legal perspective. The practice is both advisory and transactional in nature, regularly collaborating with other practice groups, such as Financial Regulatory, Corporate, and Real Estate. Your profile We are looking for a candidate with up to three to four years' relevant work experience in private practice who has completed their professional qualification as a lawyer. Ideally, you have a background in Banking & Finance, or in a broader transactional practice (such as corporate or restructuring), and a clear interest in and affinity for finance.



You have excellent legal and analytical skills, take responsibility, are proactive and flexible, and are a team player who knows how to convince others. You are client-focused, entrepreneurial, and have an excellent command of English and a willingness to learn some Dutch.
