What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract basis within our Travelcard division. This position falls under our Vehicle Payments line of business and is based in our Almere office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our existing customers with inquiries. You will also support the sales team with the implementation and onboarding of new customers and contracts. We are looking for a customer-oriented, proactive go-getter who easily engages with customers.

You are decisive and highly skilled at analyzing customer needs and translating them into concrete solutions. Your proactive approach will pleasantly surprise customers. You understand better than anyone that you make the difference. You are a valuable conversation partner at every level, and your mission is only complete when the customer is truly satisfied.

In addition to your communication skills, you are also able to carry out the administrative tasks resulting from commercial activities accurately and efficiently. In today's fast-changing environment, it is important that you are flexible and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances.

For this role, you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. You will report directly to the Team Manager Commercial Support and regularly collaborate with the sales, finance, and legal teams.

How We Work

As a Customer Service Representative, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities
  • Acting as the point of contact for existing customers and prospects (via phone and email).
  • Supporting Field Service Account Managers, including the implementation/onboarding of new contracts.
  • Maintaining and managing all customer and prospect data.
  • Handling and resolving complaints.
  • Identifying opportunities and risks.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales support or customer service with a minimum of 1 years experience
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Results-driven
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with administrative and back-office tasks

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is €28,000 - €36,000 gross per year. The final offer will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including relevant skills, professional experience, and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during the recruitment process.
