Our Client, a fast growing FinTech Investment company with global operations, serving clients from Sao Paulo to Dubai, has exclusively mandated us to find: Structured Products Sales Managers covering Middle-East and/or CIS/CEE Who are keen to be part of a fast-growing company and actively participate in shaping the Groups’ success.

The Company:

The company’s founders are experienced investment banking professionals, coming from sales, trading and technology backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Cross Asset Structured Product Sales for the Middle-East and/or CIS/CEE
  • Proposing solutions to clients with the end goal of optimizing their investment returns
  • Advising clients on the selection and optimization of investments in structured products. Providing clients with innovative tools to support the analysis and monitoring of their structured products (settlements, corporate actions, coupon payments, barrier events, underlying news, issuer concentration among others)
  • Have an active, portable client base of Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients, preferably External Asset Managers, Independent Wealth Managers, Smaller Family Offices and to a much lesser extent – small Private Banks and Pension Funds
  • Working on the primary market issuing products plus working on the secondary market proposing internally designed products to clients
  • The candidate either works for a Bank or is already with an Independent platform
  • He/she would be expected to bring over 5 years’ direct experience in a Sales role covering Structured Products / Investment Solutions
  • He/she must have an active, portable client base of External Asset Managers, Independent Wealth Managers, Family Offices (and to a lesser extent small Private Banks and Pension Funds)
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Be a team player with the ability to mentor, monitor and delegate support tasks
  • Be autonomous, pro-active, independent and reliable.
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Possess a high level of commitment towards customer services and responsiveness
  • Must establish, build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Be keen to be part of a growing company and actively participate and shape the Groups’ success
  • Be proficient in Rules and Regulations covering Structured Products & Solutions.
