About our client

We are working with an Investment Fund Manager focused on the Real Estate sector who has more than $1 billion assets under management with investment focused on private equity real estate. This position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves

• Project evaluations such as analysis of market trends and KPIs, financing conditions, and investment and business environment
• Develop financial models and investment documents and maintain the pipeline updated
• Use a strategic and financial perspective to evaluate proposed transactions
• Give support through the due diligence process
• Elaborate presentations for the management team (pipeline reports, financial reports, investment updates, etc.) and for investors (quarterly report, annual report, track record, etc.)

Who we are looking for

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Experience in private equity and commercial, industrial or residential real estate
• Superior financial and analytical skills with ability to provide creative solutions
• Bachelor's degree at a top rated university in Finance, Administration, Economics or related
• Detail oriented, organized, pro-active and ability to manage multiple tasks
