About our client

We are working with an Investment Fund Manager focused on the Real Estate sector who has more than $1 billion assets under management with investments focused on private equity real estate. This position is based in Mexico City. What the job involves

• Update the financial models of each of the funds, under the direction of principals and managing directors. Advanced excel model of different scenarios in the fund model
• Prepare reports for the investors related to the profitability of the fund's assets; interact with investors to respond any inquiries about the reports or any other aspect
• Work along with the finance and legal departments in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports
• Prepare presentations of the status of the funds and their investments under the direction of principals and managing directors
• Prepare presentations and documents necessary for fund raising
• Follow up to the industrial portfolio and report to investors

Who we are looking for

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must
• Solid knowledge in finance, financial modelling, and accounting
• Experience in Real Estate is considered a plus
• Knowledge of the development and construction processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration or related
• Detail oriented, organized, proactive and ability to manage multiple tasks
